Our Professional Membership Option provides discounts for those ordering larger amounts of all our HEAL Products.

03. Membership Renewals

Renewing on line has never been so easy. Follow the step by step directions below to renew your membership at our on line store. Membership Options are at the Foundational Products section of our store.

1) Click the link to see the three Membership Options.

2) Select your membership level by clicking on the picture or words.

3) Now you can click the green “add to cart” button one time.

4) Continue shopping or click the green checkout button at the top of the page.

5) In the cart click the blue button“checkout” button located under your order total.

If you already have a store account check out as usual. Make sure to type your renewal gift into the comments box provided.

If this is your first time using our store You will be taken to the account login, Click “create an account” button.

1) Under “Username” Type your first and last name or ANY Username you desire to use.

2) Under “E-mail Address” type in your email

3) Under “Password” Enter any password you prefer. This is one you make up for your Heal Store account.

4) Now you can see the green button.“Create New Account” Click the green button.

5) You are now back in your shopping cart, scroll down the page to the Provide Contact Phone # and type in your phone

6) Now you can type in your gift selection or leave me a note about your order if you need to.

7) Scroll down a bit more and enter your Billing information then click the blue button to continue to next step.

8) Select your shipping Option. I would suggest the first option which is a Flat $10. Your card will only be authorized when I process your order I will add the correct shipping and that is all you will be charged. Now Click the blue button to continue to next step

9) Scroll down and verify your address is all correct, then select the payment option and fill in your Credit card information.

10) Click the blue button to continue to next step to complete your order.

You are now done. You did it!

04. International Shipping

We are happy to ship products to our international members. Since the shipping cost is high and varied it is necessary for us to calculate and charge this cost manually. You are still welcome to shop on line. Follow the check-out procedure below:

1. Add desired items to your cart and proceed to check out.

2. Click Blue Checkout button under Order Total

3. When page refreshes, scroll down to add phone number and your gift choices. You may leave any comments in the additional comments box.

4. Continue scrolling down to verify your shipping details are correct. Click the Blue button to “Continue to next Step”

If this is your first order follow the directions to set up your store account. You can find detailed instructions by clicking the FAQ button on the black bar at the top of the window.

5. Shipping Options: Choose the First Option: Post Office Shipping to be determined $10. Then Click to “Continue to Next Step”

6. Under Payment Click the “Offsite Payment Details” Button.

7. Select the “I will call with my Credit Card Information” Option Click Next step to complete checkout.

We now have two options to proceed with:

1) I can send you a PayPal invoice for you to pay

2) You can call with your credit card Information: Dial Direct: 001-828-287-8787
