As many of you know we recently received a visit from our local FDA investigator. He came by on two consecutive days asking questions about every detail of our business. He insisted on questioning Dara Dietz for over 2 hours each day he was here. He performed a complete inspection of our offices and production area. We have been informed that we are no longer able to provide any product information in our shopping cart. In complying with these freedom stealing regulations we have removed all product information from the shopping cart and have transferred it to our password protected Members Area of the website. We will try to provide convenient links between the two areas but our hands are tied to some degree on this. We have been informed that there is no longer “Commercial Free Speech.” In other words, language used to sell a product is, by the FDA, no longer considered protected under the first Amendment. We are no longer able to use Testimonies or our opinions when providing information about an herbal product. We can still provide this information in our Members Area as nothing is provided for sale in this area. The H.E.A.L. Association Website, will continue to have all the information needed for our members to intelligently make decisions about their health.

Free Shipping (to USA only) on Orders Over $300

  • **All packages will be shipped via UPS Except for Alaska and Hawaii which will be sent via US Postal Service.
  • Shipping Rates for Alaska and Hawaii will be slightly higher. [Please email HEALLetters@aol.com if you have questions.]
  • For those in the continental U.S. wishing packages to be sent via US Postal Service Please add $2.00 to cost of shipping.
  • If you do not provide a street address your package will be sent by regular mail and you will be charged the additional $2.00 shipping.

Our shopping cart does NOT correctly calculate International shipping cost. We will calculate International shipping on your order after we receive it. If you would like a shipping quote before placing your order, please e-mail your request to: HEALLetters@aol.com . We will send you a shipping quote.
  • We are happy to ship internationally but do not accept the responsibility for any lost or damaged shipment. We will insure all international orders and add that expense to the credit card charge if the members requests it, otherwise we take no responsibility for the safe delivery of orders outside of the USA.
  •  We ship all international orders via Global Air Mail and it takes approximately 5-7 Days (some orders may take as long as 3 weeks if they are stopped by customs). This is a very economical way to ship internationally.
  • Laws are different in every country and we cannot monitor them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. We are unable to ship health supplements to Africa, Iran, Kuwait, Lebanon, Mexico, Russia, South Africa and Syria.
  • If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges. You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. If you tell us the item is a Gift, we will tag it as such
  • For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim . "Herbals - for personal use only."
